Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale process.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Keep backstock organized and merchandise displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed with price tags and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and teamwork.
• Communicate professionally with store staff, vendors, and representatives.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safety standards are met.
• Perform currency/percentage calculations and work across varied schedules including evenings and holidays.
