Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).
• MINIMUM of three (3) years of SHIPYARD WELDING experience - REQUIRED.
• E-Verify and Drug-Free Workplace

Responsibilities

• Perform open-root weld tests in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) using SMAW and FCAW.
• Complete root, filler, and cap passes per test instructions with specified gaps and tolerances.
• Back-gouge test plates and prepare coupons for inspection per procedures.
