Bollinger Mississippi shipbuilding is seeking a Material Coordinator C to support Material Control in Pascagoula, MS. The role focuses on coordinating material flow, interpreting blueprints to determine requirements, and maintaining documentation for material movement and storage.

Candidates should have warehouse/materials control experience and be proficient with spreadsheets and inventory systems; prior shipyard experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in Pascagoula.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics for material needs.
• Familiarity with shipyard terminology and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Material Control with tracking and management of warehouse inventory.
• Kit materials based on spreadsheets or Central Planning lists.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to check material availability and back-ordered items.
• Arrange transportation of available materials to job sites as needed.
• Follow up on back-ordered materials to ensure timely availability.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for material receipt, storage, and movement.
