Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate trades personnel by skill and experience.
• Train staff to improve quality and productivity; implement practical action plans.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor budget performance and shift operations in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
