Job summary

GVI, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Logistics Analyst in Portsmouth, VA to support naval supply operations. You will manage material requisitions, MILSTRIP workflows, and open purchase activities to keep ships ready for mission schedules.

Responsibilities include reviewing LLTM status, tracking CNO/CMAV availabilities, and coordinating with MARMC teams to optimize service levels and costs. A Secret clearance is preferred; active clearance applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Active Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain; preferred if already held.
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum six years of hands-on Navy shipboard supply experience.
• Familiarity with MILSTRIP and open purchase procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplies and distribute as needed.
• Review work specification packages and identify government furnished materials.
• Monitor LLTM, Critical Path material, and open purchase status.
• Identify alternative supply sources when timelines require adjustment.
• Support depot level repairable management and carcass handling.
• Prepare documentation for MAT labeling and transition to storage.
• Develop reports and metrics on material status and procurement activity.
• Coordinate with MARMC SME/Manager for funding requests and planning estimates.
