US Citizenship is required for this full-time role with travel up to 25%. The salary range posted is $92,000.00 to $117,000.00, with final compensation reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Apprentice Certification OR 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience.
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience.
• Candidates should have experience supervising trades and managing budgets across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity of work performed.
• Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans.
• Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact; monitors job and budget performance for all shifts.
