Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
• Ability to stand and patrol for up to 8 hours.
• Attention to detail and hazard awareness.
• Ability to wear PPE as required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Patrol shipyard work areas to identify and mitigate fire hazards.
• Maintain vigilance and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is ready and functional.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.
• Record incidents and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
