Job summary

Everett Ship Repair in Everett, WA is seeking a Dry-Dock Reliability Technologist to lead the maintenance, repair, and modernization of dry-dock systems. You will ensure readiness and safety at all times in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities include executing NAVSEA-aligned work packages, tracking progress, audits, and documentation, while coordinating across trades to meet schedule and budget targets. This role emphasizes QA and fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree is required.
• 2–3 years minimum in maintenance, overhaul, or shipyard operations.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA Standard Items preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifecycle maintenance, repair, modernization, and overhaul of dry-dock systems.
• Execute work packages aligned to NAVSEA Standard Items, TMs, drawings, and Work Specifications.
• Track progress, manpower, materials, costs, and schedule; report variances and corrective plans.
• Inspect mechanical, piping, and auxiliary systems during dry-dock evolutions.
• Maintain configuration control, verify work authorization, and keep documentation complete and accurate.
• Approve JHAs, work control forms, and test/inspection plans.
