Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of directly applicable work experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years in business/systems analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating graphics-based presentations using Tableau/Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, collecting, and reporting metrics and system availability data.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and trends; recommend solutions.
• Produce functional design specs and configure reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions.
• Create graphic-based presentations to support end-user reporting and information needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to meet contract requirements; improve system performance and reliability.
• Support the execution of contract tasks, including data submissions and written reports to stakeholders.
