Job summary

CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with customers in an industrial environment to define Shipyard data and systems needs. You will gather data, develop metrics and dashboards, and provide analytical support to evaluate performance against goals.

You will write reports, highlight progress, and configure data to tell a story. The role requires front-end requirements understanding and strong problem-solving abilities on-site with customers.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years directly applicable work experience.
• 3+ years business/systems analysis and 3+ years creating graphics with Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with data collection and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist in definition, preparation, and collection of metrics and system availability reports.
• Analyze business or systems processes to identify improvements and trends.
• Produce functional design specifications; design reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions.
• Use data visualization to create presentations for end-user reporting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to meet customer needs and contract requirements.
• Support execution of contract requirements with timely written reports.
