Read and interpret shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Shipping Reports).
Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Oversee daily yard operations, inbound/outbound shipments, and driver scheduling.
Lead and motivate load building associates and commercial drivers.
Monitor inventory, vendor invoices, and supplier communications.
Ensure accurate yard transfers and issue resolution with shippers.
