Responsibilities

• Read Bill of Ladings and Shipping Reports.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage load building associates and commercial drivers.
• Run daily yard operations and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Keep management informed of delays or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Track inventory status and supply usage.
• Schedule yard transfers as needed.
• Review vendor invoices for discrepancies.
