Job summary

Responsibilities

This is not a standard supervisory role—it requires a strong commitment to the department and its success. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring continuous workflow, on-time truck departures, and effective leadership of the warehouse team.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee warehouse operations, specifically managing loaders and pickers to ensure all trucks are loaded and dispatched on time with no delays. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can motivate employees, maintain momentum throughout the shift, and step in proactively to resolve issues as they arise. Flexibility, humility, and strong people skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure there are no delays in picking or truck loading operationsOversee and lead loaders and pickers to maintain continuous workflowConfirm trucks are loaded, dispatched, and leave on scheduleMonitor schedules and ensure adherence while adjusting as needed to meet operational demandsProactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent disruptionsMotivate employees through effective communication and relationship-buildingRemain available and responsive beyond scheduled hours when work is unfinished

Experience & Qualifications
