Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to directly supervise and coordinate activities in the warehouse and shipping department across assigned shifts. The role emphasizes productivity, safety, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include planning and directing work, maintaining inventory, and providing backup support to Production Control. Strong leadership, GMP familiarity, and excellent communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years' plant/manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Planning, assigning and directing work.
• Supervising all phases of shipping and/or warehouse operations including schedules, loading and material handling.
• Provide support to Production Control as backup coverage when needed.
• Maintaining inventory and product loss control; ensure timely shipping and receiving and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring procedures for production efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
