Ardagh Group is seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor for our Indiana facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate outbound shipments, and supervise staff to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
Responsibilities include safety program collaboration, cycle counts, optimizing storage locations, and using SAP, WMS, and related systems to maximize inventory visibility for customer fulfilment. Prior supervisory experience and SAP familiarity are preferred.
The Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor works with customers, suppliers, and employees to meet requirements of on-time deliveries without error or damage to shipments. This role also manages the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipments while supervising employees.
