Qualifications

• Administrative knowledge for planning and coordinating activities.
• Experience with shipping products over the road and logistics.
• Ability to provide accurate records and reports in English.
• Forklift certified and able to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assign shipping and warehouse personnel work assignments daily.
• Plan and coordinate shipments on a daily basis.
• Ensure loads are prepared for shipping safely and promptly.
• Verify labels, Bill of Lading, quantity, product and end-user.
• Maintain warehouse and inventory to IPC standards at all times.
• Prepare accurate Bill of Lading, Code Sheets, and logs.
• Maintain clear communication with shipping and warehouse staff.
• Write work orders for equipment or warehouse repairs.
• Follow oldest date first (FIFO) policy.
