Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Associate in Medley, FL. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The candidate will assist with daily shipping tasks, packaging, and general warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants have hands-on warehouse experience, can stand/walk for long periods, and follow procedures carefully.

Qualifications

• Previous floor, warehouse, shipping, or similar hands-on work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable and punctual, with Monday–Friday availability.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shipping and warehouse operations.
• Prepare, organize, and handle products and materials for shipment.
• Assist with picking, packing, staging, and processing outgoing orders.
• Verify items and quantities as part of the shipping process.
• Move and organize materials throughout designated warehouse and shipping areas.
• Maintain an orderly and safe work area.
• Follow established shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational needs.
• Perform other warehouse or shipping-related duties as assigned.
