ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Medley, FL (On-site) with Spanish language requirement. This full-time, temp-to-perm role runs Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and pays $17.00 per hour.

The position supports order picking, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced distribution center. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, familiarity with order picking, and the ability to operate Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, or Electric Pallet Jacks when

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Experience in order picking and/or inventory control.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Select products based on order requirements while ensuring accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts, stock verification, and inventory organization.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, and/or Electric Pallet Jack, when qualified.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals.

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations through order picking, inventory control, and material handling while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
