Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate in Coldwater, MI to read work orders, pick items from storage, and pack shipments. You will operate forklifts, WAV lifts, and pallet jacks, using RF scanners to ensure accurate shipments and records.

A team-focused environment with strong safety standards is emphasized. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Pull and follow customer orders.
• Verify merchandise against work order and finalize shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, WAV Lift, and pallet jacks.
• Use internal RF scanners to access and document records.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.
