Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Shift Packaging Associate in Coldwater, MI to be integral to the packaging and shipping process. You will prepare orders, inspect items for defects, label packages, and help maintain a safe, orderly warehouse environment.

No prior packaging experience is required, but 1+ years in similar roles is preferred. Expect lifting up to 55 lbs, standing and walking throughout shifts, and Friday-Sunday 6:00 am–6:00 pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Basic English reading/writing for labeling and documentation.
• Experience with weight scales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation on all packages.
• Operate warehouse equipment to move products and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report stock levels.
