FOX Factory is seeking a Packaging Associate for a Sat-Sun shift in Coldwater, MI. You will prepare and pack orders for shipment, inspect items for defects, apply labels, and maintain organized work areas within a manufacturing setting.

No prior experience is required, but 1+ years in a related role is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package items for shipment according to company standards.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before packaging.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation on packages.
• Operate warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock levels.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
