Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Technician for the Green Bay team on the 3rd shift. Base pay is $20.00/hour with a $3.00/hour shift premium and a planned $1.00/hour raise within the first year.

Responsibilities include pulling parts, loading, inventory control, and coordination with buyers. KI offers benefits and an employee-owned culture in a warm, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
• Team mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from warehouse locations using faxes and run sheets.
• Package and load product on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Locate parts on rack and in the computer system.
• Communicate part shortages to buyer and cells.
• Support training of technicians.
• Receive inbound freight.
• Identify contents of unmarked packages and route correctly.
• Transfer product between locations using the computer.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Complete regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Duties

• Pull parts from warehouse locations using the rush faxes and daily run sheets
• Package and load product on trailers using forklift or pallet jack
• Locating parts received on rack and on computer
• Communicate part shortages to buyer and cells

• Support training of technicians
• Receive inbound freight
• Identify contents of unmarked packages and get them to the appropriate owner
• Transfer product from warehouse location to the end location using the computer
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Complete regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm

• Hours are10pm-6am Sunday night to Friday Morning
• Starting rate of $20.00/hour3rd Shift premium of $3.00/hour
