Biomerics is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting outgoing materials according to Biomerics standards. You will operate weight scales, degreasing tanks, ovens, and pallet jacks to move goods within shipping, ensuring quality and safety in daily operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attendance, and adherence to safety rules, with opportunities to propose process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Pack loose piece and reeled product for shipment.
• Operate and set weight scales.
• Use pallet jacks to move material within shipping.
• Interpret and follow degreasing, heat treating, and packaging specifications.
• Operate degreasing tanks and heat treat ovens.
• Process products for shipment to customers.
• Maintain daily shipping records with accuracy.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and demonstrate initiative.
