SendCutSend is seeking a Shipping Technician to prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and quality. You will package, inspect, and ship orders while maintaining an organized workspace in a fast-growing on-demand manufacturing environment.

You will determine packaging, handle shipping documents, and support inventory control. The role emphasizes LEAN/5S practices and collaboration with team leads to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents and requirements.
• Verify part counts and perform final visual inspections to ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
