SendCutSend Inc in Reno, NV is seeking a Shipping Technician responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment by ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. You will package, inspect, and ship orders while maintaining an organized work area.

You will determine packaging methods, verify part counts, prepare pallets, and manage shipping documentation. The role supports inventory control and collaborates with team leads to meet daily goals in a lean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading, writing and communication in English.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Proficient with shipping or inventory systems.
• Able to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents and requirements.
• Verify part counts and perform final visual inspections to ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
