Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse shipping associate to ensure accurate and efficient handling of outbound shipments.

You will pick items per ticket, pack apparel and fragile items to standards, and apply shipping labels using designated software, while maintaining documentation and following SOPs and safety guidelines. The shift runs 10am–7pm with occasional overtime and weekend work during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or related environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with WMS/MIS systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Pick items per ticket and update warehouse system accurately.
• Pack apparel and fragile items to company standards and monitor packing supplies.
• Apply shipping labels and operate shipper software under guidance.
• Consolidate parts into complete orders and verify QR codes for accuracy.
• Escalate discrepancies promptly and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow SOPs and safety practices.

What You’ll Do

You will ensure accurate and efficient handling of outbound shipments by picking items according to tickets, packing them to company standards, and applying shipping labels using designated software. Your role supports smooth operations by maintaining documentation and following established SOPs and safety guidelines.
