Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I for the 2:00pm–11:00pm shift to support daily production operations. You will prepare materials, operate equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities to grow within a centralized marketing platform that serves multi-family clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing or print environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to job specifications and SOPs.
• Prepare stock, materials, and print files using internal systems.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production.
• Organize completed jobs for downstream processing.
• Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and cross-training in other production areas.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Technician I, you’ll support daily production operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs meet quality and safety standards. You’ll perform hands-on tasks such as machine setup, basic maintenance, and visual inspections to keep workflow running smoothly.

Shift: 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Your Impact:

In this entry-level role, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production process, ensuring customer expectations are met with precision and care. By maintaining organized workspaces, identifying issues early, and collaborating across departments, you’ll help reduce downtime and improve overall output. Your attention to detail and reliability will support a high-performing team and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in keeping production flowing and delivering high-quality results.
