Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to ensure accurate outbound shipments. You will pick items per ticket, pack them to standard, apply labels, and update the warehouse system while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, basic proficiency with WMS/MIS systems, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and occasional weekend shifts may occur during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience in shipping, warehouse, or related environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Pick items per ticket and update warehouse system accurately.
• Pack apparel and fragile items to company standards and monitor packing supplies.
• Apply shipping labels and operate shipper software under guidance.
• Consolidate parts into complete orders and verify QR codes for accuracy.
• Escalate discrepancies promptly and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow all SOPs and safety practices.

What You’ll Do:

You will ensure accurate and efficient handling of outbound shipments by picking items according to tickets, packing them to company standards, and applying shipping labels using designated software. Your role supports smooth operations by maintaining documentation and following established SOPs and safety guidelines.

Shift : 10am-7pm

Flexibility : Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.
