Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with 5S, waste elimination, and lean manufacturing.
• ERP systems knowledge and root-cause problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused with lean culture.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Knowledge of product lines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shipping team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate packaging and shipping to meet daily goals.
• Work with production to ensure proper packaging.
• Ensure the production and output of high-quality parts and services while maintaining adherence to company standards.
• Lead by example and foster a respectful and safe working environment.
• Conduct start-up meetings and participate in relevant events as needed.
• Play a key role in developing team members through continuous learning, coaching, and improvement initiatives.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement ideas across the team.
• Ensure daily adherence to lean manufacturing principles like 5S and waste elimination.
• Lead or actively participate in process improvement events and initiatives.
• Ensure that best practices are sustained, reviewed, and improved as necessary.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Track and report daily attendance and other performance metrics.
• Coordinate and assist other team leaders as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
