Job summary

Vintage Air Inc. is seeking a Shipping Team Lead to guide daily outbound operations in our warehouse and keep products moving. You will assign work, train and coach employees, and coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll address delays or discrepancies, monitor workflow, and strive to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency while supporting a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and carrier systems
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
