Job summary

Clay Cooley Automotive Group is seeking a Shipping Lead for its Wholesale & ecommerce Parts Division in Dallas. You will oversee daily shipping operations, guide a seven-person team, and drive accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction for both wholesale and online orders.

You will promote safety, quality, and employee development while maintaining high service levels and collaborating with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of shipping associates to achieve daily operational goals.
• Coordinate shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
