Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Limited in Laredo, TX, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for a 6a-6p shift Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday in a 24/7 refrigerated facility. You will oversee shipping of greenhouse-grown produce, ensure correct order processing, and manage a shift team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include using NAV-JDA ERP to track orders, generating reports, and maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in supply chain/Logistics Management, Business or related field is preferred or will consider work experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in shipping/receiving or related environment; food industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in MS Office; NAV ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow allocations and change orders; ensure correct slotting and shipping of products.
• Utilize NAV-JDA ERP to track, analyze, and route orders; run reports and data entry.
• Supervise and oversee shift staff; create regular reports for the manager.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness and security of the workspace.
• Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors.
