Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring on-time delivery of products to clients.
• Supervise a team of shipping clerks and coordinate their tasks to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Develop and implement shipping procedures that optimize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and facilitate the disposition of excess inventory.
• Provide leadership and direction to the shipping team to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions on shipping procedures, equipment use, safety, and quality control.

Job Summary: As the Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping department and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products.
