Hitachi Energy is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead daily outbound shipping for Breakers & Modules, ensuring safe, accurate, on-time delivery and cross-functional collaboration to boost customer satisfaction. You will develop the team, safeguard inventory accuracy, and champion safety and quality within the shipping function.

You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the shipping operation while aligning with production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping activities: picking, packing, labeling, loading.
• Supervise and develop a team of shipping associates.
• Ensure on-time, accurate shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance in shipping.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and proper storage/handling of materials.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and logistics to resolve discrepancies.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
• Experience using ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
