Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead daily outbound shipping for breakers and modules, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries.

The role requires 3-5 years in shipping/logistics, 1-2 years of supervision, and experience with ERP/WMS and MS Office. You will develop your team, monitor inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping activities including picking, packing, labeling, and loading.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of shipping associates.
• Ensure on-time and accurate shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage/handling.
• Partner with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain shipping records and drive continuous improvement.
