Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute transportation for production materials and on-site warehouse movements.
This on-site, Monday–Friday role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in shipping/logistics; strong Excel/Word skills; and supervisory experience for 6–10 staff. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position.

Bachoco USA is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our Fort Smith, AR location.
Work Schedule: M-F 2:30 pm-11: 30 pm.
Summary: This position reports to the Shipping Superintendent and is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of transportation associated with production distribution, moving raw and further processed materials on site, packaging, and other material to and from warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directly supervises 6-10 employees in shipping, receiving, and at the off-site warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
