Schedule

Shift: Monday - Friday. Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
• Schedule and supervise workforce to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse environment
• Process improvement of all activities
• Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
• Supervision and training of employees
• Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
• Annual performance reviews
• Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar

Position Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent required
• Experience: 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Manufacturing Shipping/Warehouse Environment. Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly. Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
