Job Description: Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that production requirements are met, staffing levels are appropriate, employee relations are positive, and a safe, clean work environment is maintained. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and control manufacturing activities within your assigned work area to achieve management goals.

How You Will Do It

• Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of policies.
• Requisition operating personnel to meet established goals.
• Administer and enforce health, environmental, and safety standards, along with work practices and housekeeping policies.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Investigate material variances, report findings, and recommend improvements.

What We Look For

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Ability to work any shift and required overtime

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
