Job summary

Digital Room LLC is hiring a Shipping Clerk I for our Salt Lake City, UT plant. The role involves preparing shipments, maintaining records, and coordinating transportation, with a Monday–Friday shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Ideal candidates will have extensive shipping systems knowledge (FedEx, UPS, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a high-tech, safe work environment.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot situations in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare items for shipment—Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
Arrange for the transportation of products.
Maintain quality control throughout all projects.
Maintain department tools and equipment.
Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
