Qualifications

Responsibilities

Process and confirm customer shipments using Dynamics BC ERP and customer shipping systems.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, freight paperwork).
Label containers, packages, and pallets per requirements.
Verify product quantities, part numbers, and shipment details.
Ensure freight is identified, staged, and located for carrier pickup.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams for timely shipments.
Track and update shipment information in company systems.
Maintain organized shipping records and filing systems.
Assist with material inventory and shipping audits as required.
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement in shipping and logistics operations.
