Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring a Shipping Department Associate for the 1st shift in the Bristol, CT area. Pay is $19.50–$20.00/hour with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

This full-time role offers a modern facility, strong benefits, and opportunities to cross-train. Responsibilities include managing shipping docs, certificates, lot linkage, and customer communications while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good math skills and basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create packing slips, Certificates of Conformance (C of C), and certification maps.
• Verify required certifications and link to the appropriate lot when needed.
• Scan and link sales order packages and manage documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shipping process.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards and housekeeping practices.
• Observe processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with or provide instruction to other personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance as an essential function of the role.
