Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring for 1st shift warehouse roles in a clean, state-of-the-art facility located near Bristol, CT. You will meet shipping schedules, support quality procedures, and assist in daily operations. Strong pay and growth opportunities are highlighted in this posting.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, warehouse experience, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and cross-training are available within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills required for counting and measurement.
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery for precision work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet shipping schedules and delivery dates as directed.
• Support quality and quality documentation of products.
• Ensure quality procedures are understood and followed.
• Maintain open communication between staff and management.
• Process shipments on a daily/weekly basis.
• Handle WIP parts and assist with packaging.
• Backup driver responsibilities as needed.

Pay Rate

First Shift: $18-$19.0 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Responsible meeting shipping schedules and delivery dates as directed.
• Responsible for quality and quality support documentation of product.
• Assures quality procedures are understood and followed.
• Insures the communication lines are kept open between employees and top management.
• Process shipments due on daily/weekly basis.
• WIP parts for 85 Robert Porter
• Sends finish goods to QC, Customer Service, etc as requested.
• Receives Raw material, issues material and drops as necessary
• Manages packaging, issues trays, boxes etc.
• Backup driver for two current drivers.

Qualifications

Schedule

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
