Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift in Carrollton. You will support daily warehouse operations, handling incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy, and helping shipments move safely and efficiently.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to safely handle materials, and attention to detail. You will work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with some days extending past 11:00 PM as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal shop or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely handle materials and maintain safety.
• Good attention to detail in logistics and inventories.
• Flexibility with shift ending times when overtime occurs.

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Carrollton. This position will support daily warehouse operations by assisting with incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accuracy, and helping ensure shipments move safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Verify materials and shipments for accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous metal shop or manufacturing experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely handle materials
• Good attention to detail
• Must be flexible with the shift-ending time, as some days may extend past 11:00 PM
