MiTek in Westampton Township, NJ, is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to support production and shipping operations. The role involves inventory cycle counts, picking and packing orders from Bills of Lading, unloading inbound materials, and loading shipments to meet freight requirements.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED (or equivalent), basic PC skills, and forklift/hand truck certification. Reading tape measures and following safety instructions are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic PC skills helpful, but not required.
• Forklift and Hand Truck certified.
• Read a tape measure. Comprehend job training and safety instructions.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor inventory and accuracy through cycle counts.
• Fill orders from pick lists or Bill of Lading, including broken lot orders.
• Unload inbound materials as needed to meet production requirements.
• Load orders for customers to meet freight requirements.
• Schedule their own and others’ work to meet customer and production requirements.
• Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Some PC skills helpful, but not required.
• Certificates & Licenses: Forklift and Hand Truck certified.
• Other Skills and Abilities: Read a tape measure. Comprehend job training and safety instructions.
