Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Madison, Wisconsin branch to perform all shipping and receiving activities and ensure the correct items are moved to customers in a timely manner while keeping stock properly organized.

Under direct supervision you will pick and pack orders, prepare items for delivery, secure packages, handle returns, inspect inventory for damage, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. forklift operation and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving according to sales orders.
• Pulls, checks, and packs orders for delivery with accuracy.
• Prepare items for delivery to customers and secure packages.
• Handle customer returns and process related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• May operate a forklift and deliver items when needed.
• Assist with inventory checks and report damages.
