Responsibilities

• Performs shipping and receiving activities for the branch location.
• Pulls, checks, and ships items per sales orders; ensures accuracy.
• Prepares items for delivery to customers and secures packages to prevent damage.
• Processes customer returns to Distribution/Fulfillment centers or suppliers.
• Maintains organized inventory and reports damaged items to supervisor.
