Job summary

US Cotton is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations administration on site. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and supervisors to ensure accurate system transactions, reporting, inventory control, and efficient shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities include order picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, forklift handling, and data entry in AS400. Must have reliable math, strong attention to detail, and good communication in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately pick shipping orders using a scanner.
• Verify order accuracy and pack for shipping.
• Weigh and label packages for shipment using UPS software.
• Prepare pallets for shipment and load onto trucks.
• Receive incoming freight and unload pallets.
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Enter data into AS400 and update reports.
• Communicate with departments on issues or discrepancies.
• Balance received items in outside warehouses.
• Maintain paperwork for products received.
