Nedland Industries is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Trainee to learn from the Shipping & Receiving Manager and grow into a leadership role. This on-site, full-time position offers a long-term career path with opportunities for advancement.

As a trainee, you’ll participate in all stages of shipping and receiving, perform quality checks, and collaborate with production and management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in every stage of shipping and receiving – learning the full operation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Perform quality checks throughout production and at final completion.
• Prepare containers and coordinate movement to the paint room and wash areas.
• Complete final inspections and prepare products for shipment or customer pickup.
• Organize products for safe, efficient loading.
• Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.
• Work closely with production, paint, and management teams.
• Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all work meets company specifications and quality standards.
