PowerSecure in Durham, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Close Out Associate to support the Close Out and Shipping department, moving equipment between manufacturing sites and preparing shipments to customers. This role requires following all work instructions, ensuring equipment meets close out requirements and labeling standards, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety.

• Forklift experience

Mansioni

• Receive and store equipment and notify Inventory team on time
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks safely and promptly
• Follow procedures for orderly material storage and use of forklift or hand truck
• Document and process equipment shipments
• Comply with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Work under limited supervision following standardized practices
• Gain proficiency in a specific area of discipline
• Learn and operate overhead crane under guidance
• Operate various lifts (stand up, walkie, sit-down, pallet jacks)
• Basic understanding of shipping procedures
• Use hand tools (drill, impact driver, rivet/nail gun)
