Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Technician II within Flow Management Devices to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely material movement. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

You will receive, unload, inspect, and document materials, enter transactions in ERP/MRP, kit components, process outbound shipments, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving or warehouse ops.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions.
• Forklift certification is required or obtainable; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO/docs.
• Enter transactions into ERP/MRP to maintain accuracy.
• Kit components and issue materials to production.
• Prepare outbound shipments per customer requirements.
• Assist with forklift operations and inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing to meet schedules.
